i believe most of you already know my blog is 2 yrs old.so i am moving!
this blog contains lots of memories,
both happy and painful.
there are lots of pictures,
heartfelt words,
and vulgarities. =X
actually i find that my blog is overflooding,
with 2 years of posts.
so i created a new blog,
firstly,
to lessen the page loading time, (which is crap)
and lastly,
to signify a new phase of my life.
since i have already graduated from poly,
i should look forward and work hard towards my goals.
bringing with me the knowledge from books,
life lessons learnt from everyone,
and the cherished friendships which were forged over these years.
the next phase of my life,
will be serving the country.
please when you go to my new blog,
don't laugh k. -.-
i am not very enthu into army,
but i asked myself one question.
"since it is compulsory to serve the country,
why wont i give it my best?"
i have already wasted my chance in secondary school,
and i blamed myself for not achieving better grades in poly.
so i have decided to give my very best in whatever i do from now on.
i can and i will do it!
goodbye my blog.
it will still be available for viewing and tagging.
=D

just an amusing article i found on the web.
hahas.
interesting?
i guess i am that kind of bf.
but...
not to the extent of shouting in the fittings.
hahas.
most of my friends went into tekong le.
edwin, malcolm, benjamin.
life seems to be more quiet now.
i guess this period of time will be difficult for me.
this is like the 3rd day since they went in,
and i am feeling super bored.
no one to go out with,
no one to game with me.
i am just like them,
always looking forward to the weekends.
coz they will come out,
and we will go out and have fun.
haha.
poly friends are always busy.
busy with work,
busy with their gf.
but luckily,
they still manage to squeeze out some time,
for a badminton game this coming tuesday.
and will be celebrating bryan's bday.
i thought i will have to stay home again today.
it will be the 4th day i am rotting at home if i did.
3 cheers for roy!
he jio me go basketball.
with junwei and zhiliang.
it has been years,
(no kidding)
like almost 3 years.
the last time i played with them,
was 3 years ago.
still remember that time,
we were always having so much fun playing bball in school.
always have that kind of 'mo qi'.
the me now,
cannot run faster,
cannot jump higher,
and chances of getting the ball into the hoops are lesser.
proved one thing,
i have aged.
=(
more basketball games to come!
but i need to remind them to play safely,
esp zhiliang, chiongster,
-.-
cheers!

first of all, happy 2nd birthday to my blog!
today is a very fulfilling day for most of us,
me roy junwei xiaoyan malcolm kimwei zhiliang penuel alicia,
never had such a big group outing in a long time.
its that ONE big group of people,
knowing each other,
talking and participating in every topics we shared.
it was really fun.
i woke up at 7am in the morning,
and i went back to sleep.
the weather is just too nice for lying on the bed,
dead.
the next moment when i woke up,
it was already 9am.
i am supposed to meet them to go prawning.
(prawning = to hook prawns)
the prawn pond is somewhere in bishan,
and we have to pay.
we pay according to the number of rods we have.
they managed to catch a total of 60+ prawns,
and i can tell you,
the prawns are not those small small type.
met them for lunch,
and we went to party world!
penuel is those ang moh potato, =X
and so,
there are many more english songs than usual.
kimwei has improved his singing,
super nice manz.
xiaoyan kept taking pics of us,
making a fool of ourselves.
malcolm kept dancing in front of us,
a bit buay tahan but...
you are the man!
they make me feel very old,
when they chose those very old songs.
buay tahan them.
hahaha.
alicia came later.
today is the first time i see her.
quite a lovely girl,
(she got 2 very nice dimples!)
but she left after ktv for camp. =(
took all the prawns from mal's house,
and we all head towards roy's.
zhiliang is a good cook!
he made black pepper prawns,
and garlic chilli prawns.
roy's dad joined us in the "savouring the prawns" session,
and he opened a bottle of red wine for us. =D
thanks uncle!
spent out time peeling the shells,
and watching LOTR at the same time.
making a lot of noise trying to take a nice pic of us raising our cups and 'gan-bei'
fun!
then they wished me and malcolm luck in army.
wishing each other to be blessed with good health.
=D
played bridge,
mahjong,
euro 2008 on roy's psp,
and we bid each other goodbye after LOTR ended.
kns sia.
the time was 12am.
by right there shldnt have much variety of buses for me to take home,
and so i took bus 147.
i thought the bus will turn left at that junction where i can minimise the walking dist home.
i was wrong,
the bus went straight instead.
i ended up walking further.
but quite an experience.
i never know that there is an indian "MOS, zouk or double O",
whichever u name it.
there is an indian club at lavender!!
hahas.
then i walked past HOTEL 81.
saw many couples,
especially those cheena ladies whom had been picked up by uncles.
disgusting.
upon reaching the junction,
there is this indian man,
half naked,
and i think he has some mental disability.
but he din do anything,
juz keep walking down to geylang that area.
then then then,
i saw this group of teenagers.
i think a year or two younger than me.
got 2 sports bikes,
and 2 cars there.
there are really 2 hot girls there,
wore one piece dress,
sitting on the sports bikes.
woohoo!
haha.
they must be wanting to stay out late,
and yet have nowhere in mind to go.
losers!
=X
i really enjoyed myself today.
thank you everyone!
i wan the pictures!

these few days i have been complaining, like most of you people out there,
about how sucky life is.
complaining about the amount of work to be done,
complaining about why uni never accept my application,
complaining about this and that,
that and this,
everything.
about how unfair life is,
when you compared yourself to someone alike,
yet he gets to live a better life than you do.
i have this motto for myself since young;
thats to live my life happy.
there is one friend in my msn,
he always stress on living life happily,
even his msn nick says it all.
everytime,
i just read across his nick,
and never understood the meaning behind it.
so juz a day back,
i was complaining to this friend,
about how unfair life is.
i got rejection from uni,
had a headache whether i should sign on spf.
then then then,
this friend shared with me,
what he had saw during his attachment in china.
he told me,
he saw something very sad.
in front of the main road,
is a row of shophouses.
when he walked further away from the road,
he saw rows of mud houses.
imagine the picture,
and do a quick comparison.
the people in the mud houses,
are barely fighting for their own survival;
jobless,
worrying about food and water.
the people in the shophouses,
are worrying about how much their shop can be expanded.
life is never fair,
thats what he told me.
then here i am,
complaining about this and that.
i feel quite ashamed of myself though.
life is all about living it happy.
at the end of the day, are you happy?

A guy with not so good result, but he is rich,
ends up getting a chance to further study in overseas.
A guy with not so good result,
but he is not rich,
ends up struggling and to the extent of praying for a place in a local uni.
money is really a powerful tool in life.
Tuesday, July 01, 2008 . 1:43 AM
boohoo..nus had rejected my appeal just yesterday.
i still do not have any news from ntu.
=(
i really want to go into a local uni.
i just wan to study hard,
earn money,
and give my parents a gd life.
i want to be the first person to study in a local uni in the yeo's family.
i have more than 9 cousins,
and none of them managed to achieve results good enough for local uni.
i want to make my parents feel proud.
visited zhenhao yesterday,
and we stayed over for the euro 2008 finals.
the match between spain and germany.
spain won the cup,
with the score of 1-0.
torres is good,
really good.
his mum talked to us during lunchtime today.
she talked about zhenhao,
about the time when he was still young.
i was quite surprised,
because i know nothing about all that before.
his past.
somehow,
after the talk,
i respect him more.
and i respect his mum for all she had done.
it wasn't easy to be parents.
i am sure some of you have heard about jiesheng getting into local medical school.
it has been confirmed.
zhenhao know one higher up who know jiesheng,
and he confirmed that jiesheng has been deferred for studies this coming july,
and heard that because his dad know some prof in the medical school.
that explains why he got in.
people always say,
life is unfair.
but i always think otherwise.
i think that life is fair,
maybe with a bit of unfairness.
when you are rich,
life is often screwed up.
when you are poor,
you will find joy in every little things in life.
i may be tall,
but i am not talented.
you may be short,
but your future is bright.
afterall,
life is what we want it to be.
you create what kind of life you want.
like what zhenhao's mum said,
"being happy, being healthy and safe is all that we should wish for."
